Carver 440 Aft Cabin

Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a generous 15-foot beam, the 440 Aft Cabin is a big boat on the inside. Boasting an unusually spacious salon, two double staterooms, two heads—both with separate stall showers—and a convertible U-shaped dinette, the 440 can sleep up to eight adults. They are excellent candidates for the Great Loop.

This 440 has spent most of its life under cover in the brackish waters of the northern Chesapeake Bay and with under 1300 hours on her recently serviced 3116 Cats, she has plenty of comfortable cruising ahead. The current owners have captained/crewed large private yachts and their knowledge shows in the condition of this boat. All systems are fully operational and this boat is in excellent cosmetic condition.

2023 updates include: Navico NAC3 / AP44 autopillot, fresh water and holding tanks, salon smart TV and audio, 400W solar panels, premium inner spring master stateroom mattress, upholstery and carpet dinette area, ice maker, heavy duty anchor with 300 ft of chain, props, Highfield RIB/15 HP 4 stroke Tohatsu outboard ($10,000) and bottom job including sand blasting, 2 layers of barrier coat and 2 layers of antifouling.
