The Beneteau Oceanis 473 requires no introduction. Named Boat of the Year by Sail Magazine when it was introduced and recipient of numerous international awards, she represents the ideal combination of comfort, luxury and performance ina design easily handled by two people. It combines an extraordinary interior comfort, volume and light, with serious blue water sailing capability.  

Updates: Force 10 stove/oven, Ray Marine TRi-Data instruments, electrical panel, Jabsco heads, galley countertop, master battery charger, sink faucets in each head, bow thruster, West Marine dinghy with 15 hp outboard. Refinished interior and exterior wood surfaces, Standard Horizon AIS radio receiver, starter motor, bottom paint in 2021. Sails are in good shape with main and 120 degree genoa new in 2013. Also included is a new, never used main sail.  Rigid full-coverage Bimini with six, 100 watt solar panels sewn in, a dodger with new plastic "glass" panels, and a solid stainless steel GPS enclosure mounted directly at the port side helm.
